This official Latin certificate confirms the ecclesiastical promotion in minor orders of Franciscus Xaverius Bourguignon, who was examined and found suitable according to canonical regulations of the Catholic Church.
The document bears the printed episcopal heading:
“Jacobus-Franciscus Besson, Miseratione Divina et Sanctae Sedis Apostolicae gratia Episcopus Metensis.”
It was issued by the episcopal chancery of Metz and authenticated with the original embossed diocesan seal.
