Payment
You can pay securely on the product page with PayPal or with a debit/credit card (no PayPal account needed). We can also send you a PayPal invoice on request.
If the payment does not go through, please contact us on WhatsApp or at info@saintsrelics.com and we will help you complete your order.
Shipping
• Free worldwide shipping on all items
• Your order is shipped within 2–3 business days after payment
• Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your country
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is shipped
• Every relic is carefully packed and sent with its original documents
• Shipping insurance is available on request for an additional fee — just let us know before or after payment
We do not ship to Russia.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at info@saintsrelics.com within 14 days after you receive your item.
Conditions:
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• All seals on the theca or reliquary must be intact and unbroken
• All original documents and certificates must be included
• Return shipping and insurance costs are paid by the buyer
Items with broken seals, missing documents or signs of tampering cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or bank card) within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a solution.
