Spoleto, 1710. The reliquary is 315 years old.
A gilded wooden reliquary containing a very large ex ossibus (from the bone) relic of Saint Tatiana of Rome, Virgin and Martyr. The reliquary is in very good condition with minor historical traces of insect activity. Glass and carving remain in very good condition.
Materials & Decoration:
Wood with gilding; gold decorations; enamel flowers; fine wood carving; palm branches at the top — a symbol of martyrdom.
